For Hot Tea:

  • Bring freshly drawn cold water to boil
  • Use 1 teaspoon  (3g) per person
  • Add boiling water, cover and steep for 5-7 mins
  • You can add sugar to taste but tastes delicious straight up

For Ice Tea:

  • (1 Ltr) Use 12-15  teaspoons (36-45g)  in a heat resistant pitcher
  • Add 1.25 cups of boiling water and steep for 7 mins. Strain the leaves
  • Quarter fill a SpecialiTea EVA teapot with ice water. Add steeped tea.
  • Top up with ice water
  • Garnish & sweeten to taste
