Shipments and Returns

Your order will be dispatched First Class by Royal Mail on the next business day (Mon - Fri). 

Please note: Shipping costs (start at £1.90 per item) include packaging.  If you have a free shipping code, your order will be dispatched by Second Class post on the next business day.

Postal delays are,  unfortunately, beyond our control however you can contact us for alternative shipping during postal disruptions.

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason simply return it to us stating what the problem is. (Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of Tea.)  You will receive a refund less the cost of packing and shipping.  You are responsible for the secure return of the product and the costs involved. Please note that we can only accept 'signed for' returns.  Returns must be authorised by Specialitea Limited.  You will be given a returns number which you must quote in all correspondence.

Tea is VAT free.  Current Rate of VAT is 17.5%
