1. The 'Draw' is open to anyone who creates an account via the specialiteabar.com website on or before 22/12/2009. The cut off is 23:59 on 22/12/09.

2. Strictly one entry per person

3. Not restricted to 1  entry per household.

4. Employees, friends and families of employees, suppliers of and anyone associated with specialitea ltd are not permited to entered in to the draw.

5. No purchase necessary.

6. The winner will be notified via email on 23/12/2009.  It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure a valid email address is used.  If the first name drawn contains an invalid email address we reserve the right to re-draw.

7. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure immediate dispatch of the prize we can not guarantee delivery prior to 25th December 2009.

8. There is no cash alternative.

9. The prize will consist of loose tea, tea accessories and a tea pot. SpecialiTea Ltd are unable to specify precisely which types of tea, tea accessories or tea pot will be included in the prize. The value of the prize will not be less than £50.00 retail inc p&p.
